   My reservation for 8:15 was for no reason. Seems like everyone was waiting at the bar where I reserved for. I even asked for patio table but wasn’t available. I wasn’t served as the wait was an hour. Hostess mentioned she can’t sit us if there no table available. So why is there even an option to reserve. It was a birthday outing if anyone even cares.

   it was delightful as always. showed up slightly before my reservation but got sat immediately! montella was attentive and efficient as a server, and woo was absolutely delightful as a chef! very funny and very good cook. will continue to keep coming to this location

   well, it took an hour before they brought the salad and soup and the drinks the cook halfway cook the meal the fried rice was a ball of white rice the steak had no taste it was hard the whole meal wasn't good i been a customer at this restaurant for over 25 year and never had an experience like this one a while back i had one and they said they were going to take care of me never happened $174 00 dollars for this meal and drink the wine was like Waterdown also the Pina colada had no acholhol

   Granted we went on a very busy Valentine’s Day evening, but we were 10 mins early for a 9p reservation but we’re not seated and eating until 10:30p. This is what reservations are for! Service left something to be desired - not the Benihana experience I’ve come to love and expect.

    We had the best time. Manager is so great. Teppan table was awesome. Maurice was the chef. He’s so funny and fabulous chef. Great time.
