   My experience was pretty good my family and I done here quite often per our request we did have Chef Maurose who is always outstanding great cook and always a delight to have as our chef he is the reason we always come back to dine at the Miami location

   What a terrible experience for our daughters 8th birthday. Once seated, took over an hour to get just one drink. Someone at our table tried to speak to the manager and she was very rude and hostile, didn’t care about his concerns or anyone at the table. The chef, Carlos, was great and tried to cheer everyone at the table up but it fell short. We appreciate you, Carlos. The rest of your team could learn a lot from you.

   Took more than 1 hour after seating down for the h ch f to come to the table. Everyone else sitting at the table were so frustrated that they left without eating after waiting for 1 hour. My son and I ended up eating alone at the table. Food was not good either. Cheap steak and the colossal shrimp were tiny. People at other tables were so frustrated as well. Worst experience ever!

   Literally walked out. Seated 40 min after reservation. Then 1 hour after at table we could not take it anymore after they only made it to the salad. The best part is they then charged us for the salad and soup. We ended up at McDonald. This location is very problematic

   This was for my daughter's 13th birthday. It was noisy and lively and she and her friends had a great time. Food was good. Went home full and satisfied. Great service.

   The chef was amazing and entertained my 2 year. It was hard to locate our server for refills, Togo boxes and the check to close out

   Our chef didn’t do tricks… Did one attempt at the onion volcano after all the food had been served. Shrimp appetiser was served after the main course. Steamed rice was served more than 10 minutes before the main course so cold when eating it with the food. Sauces were not offered. - I had to request it. Chef never engaged with guests. Fried rice was so salty. Server was lovely and clearly embarrassed by the chef. Other tables had great chefs - the normal entertainment that you associate with Benihana’s.

    My reservation for 8:15 was for no reason. Seems like everyone was waiting at the bar where I reserved for. I even asked for patio table but wasn’t available. I wasn’t served as the wait was an hour. Hostess mentioned she can’t sit us if there no table available. So why is there even an option to reserve. It was a birthday outing if anyone even cares.
