Bienvenue au Benihana pour une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Assis en groupe autour d'une table commune, votre chef personnel vous fera découvrir l'art séculaire du Teppanyaki. Maniant ses ustensiles avec dextérité, le chef préparera sous vos yeux de délicieux steaks et d'excellents plats de poulet ou de fruits de mer, pour le plus grand plaisir de vos pupilles et papilles. Prenez place à l'une des 22 tables teppanyaki en contemplant la belle baie de Biscayne. Wait was too long despite having reservations. Which wee were told were not really reservations more like managing how many people. We unfortunately watched as a large group « cut the line » with a payola. Very wrong on an evening when so few Resto were open and people had legitimate reservations. At least the food was good when the chef finally arrived at our table which was well over an hour after we sat.

Restaurant looks great. Was updated. We went Christmas eve. We had a reservation and waited to be seated. It took close to an hour until we were served any food. We ordered a mix of hibachi, sushi and kids. There was no music or festive feel. Our Chef did his best to entertain. Food was bland - definitely needed more seasoning.

With a 1:15 reservation we sat down at 1:50 and the chef didn’t come to the table until after 3pm. It was a 3h lunch!!! Also, I had marked this was a birthday celebration and nothing was done at all. We will never go back.

I am usually not fond of dining in large groups. But because Claudia was so attentive, responsive and professional, I felt as if though she was there just for me. Not surprised when the other guest shared how wonderful their experience was also because of Claudia’s etiquette. It’s almost as if she could read our minds. Not once did we have to look up and around and ask our chef to get our server to refresh our drink or fill our water.

Food tasted ok, but, too salty, too oily, tasted like fast food. LOUD!!! restaurant, minimal decor, no ambiance. Slovenly employees. A "no" for future choice of dining.

My daughter and I celebrated our birthday there. Chef Carlos was amazing. Request him when you get there. He made are first visit and celebration very pleasant.

Today’s dinner was the best we have had in a long time. We haven’t been back in a while because the quality had gone down but it definitely had turn around.

Beautiful location, haven't been since they remodeled but sitting to the table for an hour waiting for the chef to cook is insane.

When we arrived, we sat at the bar to wait for the rest of our party and the bartender had us waiting at least 20 minutes with no one at the restaurant at that time before we were served. When we got to our table, we ordered appetizers that came after the chef already started to cook. The waitress did not come back and asked us if we wanted other drinks or if we needed something else after we were seated very disappointing. This was a special day. It was my son-in-law‘s birthday and the service was absolutely terrible.
