   I’ve been to this location approximately eight times, and as someone with a serious egg allergy, I’ve never encountered any issues in the past. Typically, the chef would simply prepare the fried rice last, and it has always been handled with care. However, during my most recent visit, I was surprised and disappointed by how my allergy was addressed. The chef asked whether I was "really allergic to eggs" or if I just "didn't like them." As someone with a diagnosed food allergy, it was disheartening to have my condition questioned. He then stated that the kitchen would only be able to accommodate my allergy if every person at the table agreed to having the fried rice prepared last. This was not only unexpected, considering my prior experiences, but also put me in an uncomfortable position. Thankfully, the other guests at the table were understanding and agreed. In addition to this, the orders were significantly mixed up. My rice was forgotten altogether, and my friend’s noodle dish was also omitted. When her rice finally arrived, it contained chicken despite her ordering plain fried rice. Although the chef did offer to remake it, the overall experience had already been negatively impacted. While the waitress was kind and did her best to assist us, the evening fell far short of the positive experiences I’ve come to expect from this location.

   My first visit after years of wanting to go. It met all my expectations and more. The only downside was at the communal seating. A party of six didn't want nobody else at there seating . The woman was rude and giving us dirty looks. It was uncomfortable. However the food and service made it a magical night

   They seated us 50 minutes after our reservation and were not apologetic or seem to be too concerned about the fact they were so late.

   after all these years-i'd never been to Benihana. A friend expressed interest that she wanted to go. She had been a fan of them some years ago. Another dear friend joined us-and we had a blast! the food was delicious. we got the main order combination of chicken, steak, and shrimp with vegetables. it was all prepared wonderfully in front of us. Our chef was excellent. He was fun, but also not too much. We were a lower-key table and he was lower key also. We LOVED all of the food. Including the delicious ice cream for dessert. We spent over 2 hours there for a completely delight lunch! Everything about the experience was wonderful! thank you Benihana!

   The chef was fun but the food was quite salty and the 2 entrees, with no drinks, were not worth $140 plus tip.

   It was a wonderful place to spend my 15th birthday, I loved it and definitely enjoyed myself to the fullest. Food was absolutely delicious, and the server was so kind and helpful.
