Bienvenue chez Benihana, un restaurant qui vous propose une expérience culinaire hors du commun ! Installez-vous autour d'une de leurs tables communes et vous découvrirez tous les secrets du chef alors qu'il vous livrera ses astuces sur l'art ancien du Teppanyaki (cuisson des aliments sur plaque chauffante). Ils vous en mettront vraiment plein la vue ! Il ne vous restera qu'à faire votre choix parmi la diversité des savoureux mets proposés (bœuf, poulet, fruits de mer, etc.) et vous laisser éblouir par cette tradition japonaise. Vous pourrez également vous régaler de sushis préparés par un chef talentueux et vous délecter d'un cocktail de spécialité. Benihana Ontario est situé près de l'intersection des autoroutes I-10 et 215, à cinq minutes du Ontario International Airport et du Ontario Convention Center, ainsi que du Citizen’s Bank entertainment arena. Il dispose de 22 tables de type teppanyaki et d'un bar à sushis confortable offrant des spéciaux pour Happy Hour. Le restaurant a été conçu pour imiter le style Azekura qui rappelle un entrepôt de campagne japonaise, devenant l'un des deux seuls restaurants de style Azekura de la chaîne Benihana. The worst Benihana’s I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. The manager didn’t even give us the time of day. Bathrooms were nasty with trash all over the floor. I will not go to this location again.

Our dining experience was truly exceptional thanks to the dedicated staff. The service provided by our server Josh H. was attentive and courteous throughout the meal. The dishes we ordered were prepared with remarkable skill and presented beautifully. Every bite was a testament to the chef's Tommy culinary expertise. We highly recommend this dining establishment to anyone seeking a memorable meal.

Last time I was here was a terrible experience today made up for that! I believe our chef name was “Aldo” or something along that line, but his service and food 10/10. Made it entertaining as well. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter wasn’t the best and gave us false information that we had to confirm with a manager. But overall 8/10 experience. Looking forward to come back. Thank you Chef!

Food was delicious but I have two complaints. 1. Wait time. We made a reservation and still waited a little over an hour. 2. Got charged for the chicken fried rice 4x. We never asked for an extra bowl or anything. If anything my husband asked for shrimp to be added to his fried rice and didn’t even get that.

Gave this location another try after a bad visit a month back. Had reservation but was told they were running an hour behind schedule. So we decided to sit in the bar area. Food came out cold, and while the protein was cooked well the rice was bland. Won’t be coming back

Waited over 1 hours past our 4:45 reservation time. They did serve us free California rolls while we waited so that helped. When we were seated our server was slow to take orders and bringing out stater courses. Appears the server had multiple tables to handle so I can see why service was slow. Mainly disappointed in the long wait past the reservation time.

The place is always good but this time the wait was 50 minutes and i had a reservation. Yes it was Valentines day but still my reservation was at 9:30 and left by 1 am.
