   We had a reservation at 5pm, did not get seated until 5:45pm. This was for a birthday celebration so we did not leave. I made my reservation online in the morning. Plenty of times available. Then we arrived any one with a reservation was still waiting. Not sure if they over booked but there was a party of 45 that got seated before little parties. Was not well executed by the staff.

   We reserved on a busy day at a busy time and they apologized for the wait and accommodated us for the wait. Truly amazing service. Mind you, it was our first time there! Our chef Juan was awesome super nice and very fun! Definitely would recommend anyone to go there! Thank you Juan!

   We had reservations at 5:00 PM we were not seated until 6:30. At which time our party was told we could not be seated together unless we wanted to wait approximately another 90 mins. There was an open table that could accommodate our guests but we were told there wasn’t a server in that section. So we waited for a different table to become available and within a few minutes of being seated they sat another group and the table we had just be told wasn’t available. Overall 1 star

   The chef was new and way too inexperienced to be on his own at a Benihana grill although a very nice man that was trying. Server disappeared for very long periods of time and did not take care of us well at all. It was my daughter’s birthday and the hostess, server and chef were all told and all acknowledged it and nothing was done or even a song got her while tables all around us were being given the total treatment. Then when I mentioned that we have been coming to Benihana for over 30 years and this was by far our worst experience, the manager, Megan, was very disinterested and said she would check on what was going on and never returned or even gave so much as an apology for our experience.

   Food and cook do look and taste great. The waiter was quick on taking order but brought soup and salad before our drinks. Appetizers came just after food was being cooked.. seemed put of order on drinks Appetizers and salad n soup. Then main course.. oh well maybe get lucky on next waiter.

   Service was horribly, food was over cooked & service was so slow. I asked 4 times for teriyaki sauce steak got cold by the time they brought me teriyaki sauce. I asked for water refill & they didn’t bring me more water. Celebrating my sisters birthday they didn’t remove all the dirty dishes evening after I asked them to remove them so they can take picture. So we didn’t get picture taken. When they brought bill it was $490,00 & was being over charged. As I disputed check with server back & firth I asked to speak to manager. It took 45 minutes to get issue resolved with manager. Manager didn’t offer a discount for the horrible food service. I’m calling corporate to file complain

    Our food was burnt. Some of the food was undercooked food took forever wait just unhappy.
