   I loved the service of the waiters. The cook was not very energetic or interactive. To me there was not a lot of food for the price and not alot of choices in my opinion. I did not like the food it was not very seasoned. But other than that it was ok. I would not necessarily want to go again.

   We visit Benihana frequently as our kids love it. Unfortunately this visit wasn’t great as expected when paying such a high price for a family of 4. We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated with a group of young ladies that walked in and gapped to be seated at our table at the same time we did. That was fine. What was not ok was that 2 of the ladies of the group weren’t so lady like and were using foul language infront of my very young children. This experience was very uncomfortable. I think a better job should be done when seating people. I think a good example would be to seat families together rather than mixed crowds. I was uncomfortable the whole evening but stood and avoided conflict. Needless to say I don’t think we will have hibachi style dining unless we have a large enough group to sit with.

   Have gone to this location several times over the years and the experience has gotten progressively worse every time. We had a reservation but waited 17 minutes past the reservation time to be seated. Then after being seated it took forever to get our order and food. In fact a table that was sat several minutes after us had their chef before we even had our drinks. The drinks, even water, were not replenished without asking and even after requesting refills it took forever. Definitely not the experience we were expecting or have previously received.

   terrible terrible terrible made a reservation and waited 45min past our reservation and then left. what a joke, don’t even bother

   It was not what I expected. The food was not seasoned and the cook took too long to cook the portions. Each portion was cooked and put on our plates and served too far apart. The atmosphere was too loud which was expected due to the location. The cook was not experienced. Did not serve the sauces or condiments til after. Not a great experience.

   Hour wait with a reservation. They know how to take a reservation, just not how to hold it. The holding is the key part.

   We had an excellent meal last night! Our server Neyaeh was great. She helped answer questions, was very polite, and made sure we had everything we requested. Our chef Rezha was by far the best Benihana we have ever had. We have eaten at many Benihana restaurants, but this was our best tasting meal ever. The steak, chicken, shrimp, and scallops were all cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. We didn't even need to use nay sauces because the food tasted so good without it!

   I think they are understaffed. Our reservation was for 9 pm on a Sunday. We got seated around 9:35 and it wasn’t busy at all. We didn’t get drinks for another 30 min. And didn’t start getting any food (soup, salad, etc) until almost 10:30. The cook was nice, but seemed a little tired, possibly overworked. One person in our party never got the white rice she ordered. The food was good though, once we got it. People go to the hibachi restaurants not only for the food, but for the experience. And our experience was long and a bit boring.
