   1st of all taking drinkorders i asked for plain water they put it with lemon and it had seeds so i asked for water no lemon because i never asked for lemon, it took 35 minutes to even get a chef. Then, once we got a chef someone who has a (gluten allergy wanted gluten free soy). So the chef used it, it was absolutely disgusting. I asked could they redo my fried rice with the regular soy sauce they got upset. By the time I got my rice the meal was almost over. The steak I couldn't get it cooked in garlic butter because of the gluten person so it didn't taste the same. The same for my chicken. It didn't taste the same. I asked for a manager no one ever came. It was my significant others birthday I made it known they sung for the other birthday at the table and gave them their birthday treat. We got 0. Then we wouldn't have even gotten the icecream that comes with the 6th course if I hadn't said something. And when you spend 130$ after taxes for a dinner for 2. It was not a good experience.

   The hostess who greeted was managing a lot of different things during the transition to diner time, but still found a way to provide great customer service. My server was Nicole and I appreciated her willingness to accommodate my needs/requests and not skipping a beat! The chef’s presentation was fine, but subpar compared to all of the other times I’ve visited. I’ll come back again just for the great service from Nicole and the host team.

   The chef kept looking around and was not very friendly. The server was great. The children’s menu prices are extremely high. The quality of the food was lacking for the prices.

   Best Benihanas I’ve been too. Super clean. Professional staff. Chefs were very entertaining and engaged. Hope to be back in the future. Ps. Get the Kobe ribeye. You won’t regret it.

   Chef was fun and nice, other service not good. Had a 9pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 10, the chef didn’t arrive for another 40 mins or so. Understandably it was a very busy day but won’t be running back here any time soon.
