   We had a reservation set for 6:30 pm. Got there on time, but had to wait over 20 mins to get seated as they were trying to figure out what other guests to sit at our table. Once we sat down we had to wait again for the chef, our chef got to our table closer to 7:40 at that point is when the cooking and show started.

   Terrible experience! The whole place was dirty filthy! Our server looked like she hadn’t took a bath in days and has soars all over her. Were there for over an hour before the chef came out. 2 tables that got seated way after us were eating before our chef came out. The chef then gave veggies and shrimp to everyone at the table, yet I had to order and pay for ours. First time visitor and will NEVER go back. Manager atleast took a $15 appetizer off my check. But was still over $250 for us to eat. Kobes will for sure be the only place I go!

   The food portions were small. Also, fried rice and noodles were an added cost for hibachi meals Only white rice came with it. Refills on drinks were slow.

   Seated within 10 mins of arrival. Excellent food. Our only complaint was the parking situation.

   Honestly had an awesome time! The host was prompt and welcoming. Our waitress was knowledgeable and personable. The chef was entertaining and the food was so delicious! After singing Happy Birthday to my Brother the staff prompted us to take a group photo- shortly after we received the printed picture to take home! Thank you for truly caring about the experience we received. 10 out of 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Waited 20 minutes to get table even though it was booked and then an hour to get drinks. Place was dirty.l with food on the floor and table sticky from previous diners. Our chef was good fun and food was good but clearly short staffed….

   Great experience this time at this location. Usually go every time in Orlando as it is at walking distance from resort, but have always had issues with wait times, always with reservations. This time not only we were sat right away (at the lounge area) but our waiter Maria Rojas was outstanding. Was always courteous and fast to bring everything we needed. We love Benihana’s food and always end up coming back.

    Our only complaint was the temperature. It was very cold in the restaurant. Outside of that, everything was great. We loved our chef.
