   waited 40 minutes for a 7:00 res. service was on the slow side. food was bland and tasteless. A5 wagu was fat and without taste. Total waste of $600

   Amazing food always love being paired with other people and learning where they move from especially at this location so many people from all over the world. The chef was great. The service was great.

   Enjoyed the food and family around me. Loved watching our grandsons reaction to the cooking . He even ate almost all of his chicken. Very memorable meal!

   The service was very poor and slow. There was a long dark hair in my salad and the waitress was very flippant when I told her… she took the salad away and never came back. Had to call her over and she said “don’t know where it came from.. you have white hair and I have red and no one in the kitchen has that color hair and the cooks wear hats”. Lack of customer service!! Understaffed and server never came back to ask if we needed more beverages or anything, chef had to call her. Very expensive for what it is and this location of course is very touristy and loud.

   Our visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The meals were prepared separately, which caused significant delays, and even when they were finally ready, they were over-spiced and overhyped. It was clear that the chef lacked enthusiasm and motivation, which was reflected in the poorly prepared dishes. To make matters worse, they forgot to serve the rice that was supposed to accompany our meal, and the glasses we were given were dirty. Overall, it was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   This is my second time visiting and I loved both times. The food, the chef, customer service, all were great per usual. I will definitely be back to visit.
