   We generally have great experiences with Benihana. This year for New Years Eve we made an 8:30 pm reservation. My group waited 45 minutes to be seated and an additional 55 minutes before the cook came to the table. I know it was New Years Eve. However, I had to reply to 2 text messages and 2 emails confirming the time that I reserved. Maybe a courtesy text to tell us they are running behind. Don't slot the tables for only an hour, that is not enough time to get through the entire dining experience.

   Went to Benihana for the first time tonight. We were not impressed. We thought it was extremely overpriced and have had much better hibachi meals that were a much better value. Sorry it was a one and done for us.

   TERRIBLE!! Although it was Christmas, I understand it was going to be busy.. however, our waiter was rude. I understand the frustration but the service was just terrible. Food had no seasoning to it. The chef almost cut his hand trying to do tricks.. it was also very loud. Dishes being thrown and dropped. Overall, terrible experience.

   Restaurant lost power and were behind in seating us for our reservation. Which was understandable. But then they mistakenly cancelled our reservation while we were waiting so our seating was really late.

   Unfortunately we were not able to eat here on Christmas as planned. We made a reservation and the staff was great and very friendly. They were apologetic but the computers were down and we waited an hour and couldn’t get served at our table. Again the staff was great but we were not able to have our Christmas meal.

   It’s always fun to come to the Benihana ! Although they had some mishaps with our table not working and the computer system crashed later, it still was Christmas & we still was patient and they made our day  with a free ice. But the place was so busy, wow !!

    We had a 8:30 reservation, arrived at 8:20, was told there is a 30 minute delay in seating. We weren’t seating until 10pm. Even then it took 15 minutes to drinks and another 30 to received apps. I do not recommend this location and they didn’t seem to care. If I can get a 0 stars I would.
