   We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. Which wasn’t terrible. But then the chef didn’t come to our table for another hour and a half after we were seated.

   Absolutely the worst experience ever and my wife and I have been going to that location for 20 years or so. Reservation for 6 people (birthday party) at 7:00 and as of 10:00 we still had no chef!!! Then the best part is we were drinking and spending money and one person in our group said something out loud and the waiter (Timmy) kicked us out and said never ro come back. We were also disappointed because we were starving and looking forward to Benihana food and that experience made us never wanna go back ever again

   *Take this review with a grain of salt* Reservations were made for 8:30 pm on Valentine’s Day. We had an estimated wait time of 25 minutes upon arrival, we were actually not seated until 10 p.m. Our Chef Manuel came out around 10:45 p.m and he did a great job. He was very nice. Our server was a little entitled though. She wasn’t very attentive to our table either. I would consider coming back again, just not on Valentine’s Day.

   Reservations were for 6:15pm and we didn't get seated until 7:15pm. 2 mixed drinks (Titos and soda water and Hibachi punch) were $35. Hibachi chef was great and personal but dinner prices sky rocketed. Probably won't go back.

   Restaurant clearly overbooked. By the time we got seated and figured out our food orders, we were informed it would take 2 hours to get our food. Per the employee, there were so many take out orders, restaurant dine in employees were looking at a 2 hour wait for food. Table behind us confirmed they had been waiting for food for 90 minutes and still had not received anything. Fortunately the kind waiter informed us so we were not stuck waiting there with a 1 year old. We left and picked up pizza on the way home. What a wonderful way for a restaurant to handle Valentine’s Day. I noted my disappoint and wait time on the kitchen at the front door on my way out to the manager at the front, and was laughed at and said it is not true. I told them maybe they should discuss with their employees, maybe prioritize dine in customers, rather than standing by the exit and dealing with all the take out orders.

   Overalll it was a nice Valentine’s Day dinner. We decided to go early to beat the crowd but still seemed to have a long wait to get drinks and our order taken. We were there for 2 hours. Food was really good. Our Filets were over salted so we ended up boxing them up and brining home.

   When you sit in the bar section your food comes out too fast. My food appeared to be warmed up and not fresh.

    Great experience. Our chef was Dylan and waiter was Timmy and both made it very fun, laid back, and memorable.
