   Great experience I have noticed a consistency of lack of check in from the servers for refills or anything needed but over all it’s really great and fun for the family

   Had an amazing time at Benihana! The chefs were incredibly skilled and entertaining, making the dining experience truly memorable. The food was delicious, especially the sizzling steak and shrimp. The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a special occasion. Highly recommend!

   The restaurant was over an hour behind schedule and we ended up at a lesser table in the lounge. The food was cold when it arrived and we saw it sounder a heat lamp for 15 minutes. The waiter was nice but he was clearly overworked and had little time to refresh our drinks or see what else we needed. The restaurant was very understaffed

   The restaurant is very poorly managed. We reserved a table at the bar but couldn't get it and had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The food tasted average.

   We know it’s always a gamble of who you’ll get at your table and we definitely got the raw end of the deal with the “complaining”, “special order” kinda group, but we definitely got the raw end of the deal with our Chef. She spoke very broken English, mostly Spanish, and didn’t know any of the fun tricks that we expected. She also made the whole experience seem like a burden rather than a show. As well as, she burned almost every item along the way. Either she wasn’t trained or she just didn’t care. I told my son that sometimes Big experiences can still turnout to be duds! We definitely won’t be back anytime soon.

   Worst experience I’ve ever had there, they didn’t seat us where were supposed to, they were out of some dishes, food took forever to come out, and when we got our food everything was cold!!! Not even warm, the manager never came by to check on us or make things right , then at the very end the manager basically was hiding from us, it was horrible food and service, and usually it’s not we go there a lot, manger sucks at his job ,

   After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting our chef finally showed up to the table to cook the food. It was not that busy of a night. We ended up leaving, the manager did comp us our drinks. Never have had such a bad experience there. We will be back again, every establishment can have a bad night every now and then.

    We had a terrible experience at this location for my son's birthday. I don't normally post such reviews but I did speak to a manager that evening and also attempted to contact the restaurant. Expect to wait up to two hours for a lackluster meal from a tired, overworked staff. Restaurant is not well managed, and not well taken care of. We have been in the past and enjoyed the experience but, unforunately, I cannot recommend this location at this time.
