   Normally I would give 5 stars cause I really love this place ! But today the smell was horrible and the cook who made my food seemed as if he was rushing , my chicken tasted like Rubber...

   This place has sadly gone far downhill. We had 6:30 reservations for 4, and many people who came in after us were seated before us. When I inquired, I was given attitude, and we were ultimately seated after 7, and we weren’t even served drinks until 7:45. When the Hibachi chef finally arrived at 8:15, he reeked of BO and repeatedly served one person at our communal table food she’s identified as being allergic to. When she called his attention to this each time, he replied that it was too hard to remember everyone’s allergies. Never ever going back.

   The service is absolutely terrible at this restaurant. The waitress came to our table with menus, announced they were short staffed on chefs, so we had to order as fast as possible to avoid a long wait. After she handed the last person at our table the menu, she came back to the first person to receive a menu and asked for their order. When everyone agreed 60s was not enough time for all of us to be ready, she again ( even less nice than before ) that the establishment was short staffed for chefs and we needed to order now or wait a long time for dinner. All 7 people at our table took about 5 minutes to order, it then took a chef over an hour to arrive at our table. Dinner took close to 3 hours. The manager never came to our table to apologize or explain the long wait time. Just an hour wait in silence from the stafff. I will never return to this establishment again.

   The food is good at Benihana and my kids enjoy the show but the service and wait time is atrocious. Made a reservation and waited almost an hour to be seated and then another hour for our chef to start cooking. This is unreasonable and ruins the experience.

   Only thing I regret is that I didn’t know the menu prices had increased items my children usually order was removed from menu . The children menu for kids chicken tenders was $28 iwhich I didn’t order it was my daughters 3rd birthday and she had to share with me also the $45 added in service charge also new great service but next year will be going to Chuck E. Cheese
