   In the past, the service has been excellent. However, today the server seemed bothered, and no response be acknowledged my birthday, even after I submitted my certificate. Additionally, my steak was well-done instead of medium like I requested.

   This location continues to get worse every time we go. This was probably the last visit to the location.

   It started off bumpy but the managers were so nice about the situation and everything turned around. The waitress was great and so was the chef Manny. I would definitely recommend requesting him.

   They’re not what they use to be. Our chef seemed to be in training. He was having trouble with the grill, to where the scallops were all sticking, and my fiancés steak was over seasoned with salt. Don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon.

   Great family dinner with Chef Lee preparing the dishes in a quiet clever & tasty way! The waiters were excellent as well!

   Food and chef were excellent, but it took an hour for our waitress to start bringing out our food. The manager just made excuses instead of apologizing. Definitely will not be going back.

   For the price I paid was expecting a much better experience. Food was barely seasoned, the chef told more jokes than actual cooking tricks/show, and the waitress was not very attentive. IMO not worth the $340 I paid for 6 people.

   “My family and I had our first dining experience at Benihana in The Woodlands, and it was absolutely outstanding. The food was of excellent quality, with every dish perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The highlight, however, was the teppan table experience. Our chef was not only incredibly skilled but also entertaining and engaging, making the evening even more enjoyable for everyone. It was a wonderful blend of delicious food and interactive fun. We can’t wait to come back for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!”

    We waited an hour to be seated and another hour for a chef. Luckily the food was good. But not worth a $311 bill at all!
