   I was celebrating my birthday as I was given a $30 certificate. Made reservations on Monday March 31st at 5:15pm got there couple minutes ahead. Wasn’t seated till about 5:30pm for party of 7 next week didn’t get service around 6:15pm just very disappointed at how long it took when I observed over tables after us get helped before us which is very poor. We said at station 10 Chan btw was great btw. Order drinks about time food was ready I wasn’t that hungry anymore. Just never thought I would experience that type of customer service before. Also towards the end of our sever giving us the bill which I felt I was being rushed I had to ask for our dessert my other friends had to leave so me an my daughter ending up getting our dessert. I also didn’t receive my paper copy of my receipt.

   Our chef was terrible. The food was overcooked loaded with butter and burnt.

   Food was good service is always lacking since the moment you walk in with a reservation the wait is still at least half an hour then service is really slow waited an hour before cook came to our table

   My autistic daughter loves the shrimp tempura and ginger sauce. My lobster tail was done to perfection however the filet was a little chewy.

   this Benihana location is one of the worst I’ve been to … you make a reservation and they make you wait another 30 minutes and shove you into the already crowded bar area. I think to try to get you to purchase drinks ahead of time. The floor here is full of food on the ground - I’m wondering how healthy it is to eat here
