   Always an amazing experience at Benjamin’s. Every staff member greets you as you enter and leave the restaraunt. They also make sure you have what you need throughout your meal. The level of service from every single staff member is something I have never seen at another restaurant. The food is also amazing and is by far the best steakhouse in Westchester.

   I was genuinely disappointed with the level of service we received from the Vallet to our server. Vallet had personal conversations with each other and did not bother to come to us for our car or say anything once they got in the car. It was an awkward exchange, to say the least. My sister was shocked when the server tossed the bread and butter on the table and ran off. We asked for the wine menu and waited over 10 minutes to get it. By then, we were ready to order an appetizer and drinks. We were told to wait until we knew our entire order because it was too much for him to go back and forth. We decided to leave after 20 minutes after being ignored. The only saving grace was the hostess, who tried to get us another table to save our night. By then, we didn't want to be treated like this was a night of free dining.

   I enjoyed my dinner at The Benjamin steakhouse. The steak was delicious, and cooked to the right temperature. While the service was good, we kept having to remind our waiter that they forgot something. For example, I ordered a glass of wine, and then had to remind him that I ordered a glass of wine. This happened 3 times. Certainly, not bad, but when you spend that much money, I expect not having to repeatedly remind the waiter that they forgot something. Otherwise, very good.

   Excellent service. Food is exceptional. They can make any drink you want. One of my very favorite restaurants. I only have 2 favorites.

   This is as close to manhattan steakhouse in Westchester, the food was delicious and the ambience is beautiful. one of Westchester ls go to for steak. Recommend the porterhouse.

   Steak was served very tough(did order it medium but even at that temp there is no reason for USDA PRIME steak to chew like leather) and with a large connective tissue running through it.

    They were very understaffed for a Saturday. It took 2 hours for our main course to be served (table behind had same issue). The manger was no where to be found to explain the delay. Staff just kept saying sorry. We went for my mom’s birthday (noted on OpenTable) and staff never brought a cake we requested to sing happy birthday to her. My sister asked staff 3x to bring a dessert with a candle, but it never came after we waited for an extended time. It was impossible to track down our main waiter throughout dinner. Our night ended with the staff just saying sorry over and over for not bringing a cake and for the food coming late. Depressing way to end the evening. Waiters were nice - just completely overwhelmed/understaffed.
