I usually love Besito and recommend it to everyone that I know! However, I went here last night for my birthday and was very excited to share the guac with my friends, but they informed me that they were all out of guac. I was extremely disappointed, as I always look forward to getting the guac when I visit. I found this to be unacceptable, and I did not understand why they couldn't run out and get some avocados at the store to make it through the rest of the night. I was very upset and hope that they have all ingredients next time I visit.

The food wasn’t all that good. The food quality does not match the price. First time for everything but definitely wasn’t one of my favorites.

The wait staff is always nice but it always takes so long to receive our drinks and the bill. Drinks were brought after our meal was served and only after we asked for them twice.

Very short staffed - water came out after we got our check, had to ask for silverware, drink never came.

good experience! Have only been to the besito on long island in the past. Gave the MA location a try and it was very good! the food was good as usual. our server was great but it was very slow. Likely because he was busy, which is understandable especially since places are getting back to normal with covid. Hopefully next time the service is a bit quicker but other than that the watermelon margarita is to die for! and the crispy shrimp tacos are fabulous.
