There is also the option to hire one floor or exclusive use of the restaurant for your event. We can also accommodate drinks reception parties on both upper & lower decks of the restaurant and will be happy to discuss your requirements. We had a great time in the Big Easy. The food was great and service was great. It was a bit on the warm side in the restaurant though.

First visit and we came away a bit confused about whether we loved it or not . Great venue , loved how it looked. Menu was a good selection- unless you’re a vegetarian, it’s obviously meat heavy. Tried the lunch menu which was great value. Liked the jalapeño poppers, hubby enjoyed his bbq selection plate but my Cesar salad was ordinary. Just a plate of iceberg lettuce really, no parmigiana cheese, few croutons and over sauced but the optional chicken was at least tasty. If I could get the attention of a server I’d have sent it back but staff were a bit thin on the ground. That said, I do think I probably made a poor menu selection so we’ll go back and I’ll opt for a more traditional BBQ meat based pick. Never write a place off based on one visit .

Server was great and good atmosphere. However, while the food was tasty, great prawns in particular but not enough of it. Not great value for money.

My daughter's 21st birthday, staff were really helpful , the drinks kept coming and the food were delicious

We love eating at the Big Easy, Covent Garden. Lobster is my food heaven and I am always delighted to eat it. Their chips are the best I have ever tasted. It is a vibrant restaurant and a great place to visit after a day out in London.

Realy disappointing booking for Me and family who live in Colchester, worst big easy I have been to. Service was terrible we had the brunch with limited drink, had to top our drinks up. The brunch meal eat as much as you like came out for two but wasn’t explained that so had to shadow it out even though we wasn’t sitting together, when. Ordered extra for that same again took ages, I have been to many brunches and they have been so attentive but this branch need to up there game. Very dissapointed woudnt recommend to any one.
