    We got the Monday night offer and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing. The corn bread was the best I've tasted in years. Highly recommend.

    Expensive ! And service not particularly great. Greeted on arrival and sat. Drinks and food order taken. Food arrived before the drinks did. We hadn’t finished our food and my wife had put her knives and fork down as we were talking when the waitress tried to take the plate away, without asking, more importantly we were still eating which was clear and I was still holding my cutlery . That was just rude !! Training note, wait until the whole party have finished eating before attempting to remove empties. Plates were taken away once we were finished. Had a hard shake which was amazing !! We asked for the bill which was brought over and you had automatically put a 12.5% service charge on the bill ! For a waiter / waitress doing only what they are paid to do. Did not go the extra mile and it was almost expected this is the normal course of events. This is only the second time I’ve been to this restaurant, 1st time in May and now. Disappointed this time based on the first experience we had.

    I would go to say that this location is a lot better than Canary Wharf, if not in the same standard / staff were efficient and the vibes were on point , food was amazing as per usual, lovely to see the standard of food maintained throughout restaurants!

    Portions got smaller in the last year and this is not a good thing..It's preferably to raise the prices rather than make the portions smaller. It's not strange that all of us (party of 5) we left the place and feeling hungry. It's always noisy there but it makes sense with music and people etc. BUT the people in the kitchen didn't care at all. many many times while being there we had banging noises from baskets, dishes, cutlery etc that they were unloading in the service area. Also having live music is amazing but it didn't make any difference from the normal music playing..same tone, same level of volume..strange. This is the third time i visit. Not quite sure if there will be a fourth one...

    Visited many times before and it’s always been great. Not sure what went wrong this time, food came out cold, so sent it back, portion sizes for the price were really small and the quality seemed to have dropped off a cliff! Waitress couldn’t have seemed less interested in serving us and didn’t smile once. Left the service charge on as she may have just been having a rough day. Will give it one more try and see if it was a one off, or the new norm.

    I realise prices have gone up a lot lately but I remember my first visit to big easy and how we ordered A whole lobster, a pint of lager, chips and a salad and a dressing or melted butter for £22. Now you’d pay £40 for the same.. So it wasn’t particularly tempting. So we went for four different types of burgers. All of which were a bit meh… our waitress was nice enough and the room is always cool but the noise level is really on the verge of being unbearable and makes conversation really hard. My spicy crunchy chicken sandwich (read burger) was crunchy dry and tasteless. And not at all spicy. Very disappointing.

    We had a great time in the Big Easy. The food was great and service was great. It was a bit on the warm side in the restaurant though.
