With a reservation we had to wait for a table to be cleared and then the server wanted to seat us near the bar. I asked for a better table and was sent downstairs where we were placed slightly father from the downstairs bar. Our food arrived before our drinks because the waiter explained they were out of coke. The food and portions were ok, the service was also ok.

We were late for our reservation by about 15 minutes but they honored it ! The place is noisy & crowded but that’s expected! The service was excellent. Our food was delicious but both of our chicken sandwiches came out fairly cold. Overall it was a fun place to go after the Radio City Christmas Show! You have to ask about the kids menu they have one but it’s not on the menu that you get.

Get burger place in Manhattan. Place was packed and we got seated 5 minutes early. Burgers were good and service was great. Didn’t have to wait long for our food either

Great service and good came out fast. I gave 4 stars because 3 things that were ordered at out table ran out and our party of 10 could not all sit together. Overall great food and amazing service.

Took over 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table after we were seated. No one even brought water. The entire serving process seemed like an inconvenience. And the food wasn’t as good as it normally is. Our family does an annual dinner at Bills every year when we go visit the big Xmas tree. It’s one of our fave days and our fave meals. Perhaps no more…

I know it's holiday time and this restaurant is right in the heart of Rockefeller Center but the service was terrible! Three of us got our food, one of us didn't get their food until we were all done! drinks didn't come out forever, we couldn't find our server for a long time etc.… again believe me... I do give them a break because I know it's holiday time but this isn't the first time this has happened here! Seems like they need to hire more staff during the busy holiday season!
