Bill's a fait une entrée remarquée sur la scène du hamburger new-yorkaise en 2009 avec son premier restaurant dans le quartier Meatpacking, devenant un succès instantané auprès des amateurs de hambugers et des locaux. En 2010, Bill Bar & Burger Rockefeller Center a ouvert un restaurants de 400 places, ce qui en a fait le plus grand restaurant de hamburgers indépendant du pays. Great service and all seven of us enjoyed our lunches . We were seated right away after we got there.

Great lunch before a show at Radio City. The meal was quick but not rushed and even though it was very busy service was solid. Great menu options and the food was great for everyone. Can’t wait to return!

We had a party of 7 and were seated promptly when we arrived at our reserved time. The burgers are delicious and flavorful. The milkshakes were a favorite with my granddaughters. They had several Christmas trees decorated inside which added to the ambience of the season. Not a far walk from Radio City Music Hall which fit right in with our plans. My only disappointment was that nothing came with the burger, French fries were an extra charge. It would be nice if the burgers included fires or at least a pickle. Having said that I would still go back if I was in the area again. The flavorful burgers and yummy milkshakes would be worth another trip.

This is a high volume burger spot where you can get kid friendly food at a pretty quick pace after seeing the rockettes. It is not fancy but the food was tasty and we were in and out in 70 minutes for a party of five. We made a reservation ahead of time. My party was happy and the tables around me seemed happy as well. Not a date spot but for this use case it was perfect.

It is simply too large a restaurant for them to manager effectively. Drinks did not come out until after the food. It was all tables not just ours. You shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a soda. We also ordered a milkshake which never came despite asking multiple different waiters a total of 4 times. It’s still never came and we simply asked them to remove it from the bill. Servers were completely inattentive, never came around to check on the food, offer refills, etc. Additionally one of our burgers was wrong and had sauce which we asked for it without. Not only did it take them 15 minutes to correct it, they very clearly just changed the bun as there was visible sauce residue still on the patty. This place is just simply too large to be effective and they very clearly do not care much about their customers or their experience.

Great food, great service. Clean bathrooms. It’s busy but we never really have to wait and food comes quickly.

The service was great, the staff was great and very accommodating with our large group with kids!! Not to mention the food was amazing too!!

The hostess was horrible. Didn’t seem interested in taking care of us. Server was excellent and food was above average. Noise was atrocious as they had it pumped up to the point where we couldn’t talk at the table. Wouldn’t return.

The ambience was not good. Seating on high stools in the path to the lavatories meant customers and staff bumping into you. Food was pretty good. Prices more than fair in midtown NY. Burgers good fries cold
