    It was very warm in the upper area. Also our waitress was a little rude not super friendly . BUT, the food was great, very tasty and good value for your money. Upbeat atmosphere wish I had room for shakes they looked phenomenal!

    Party of 2. Both ordered salads. One came with fried chicken instead of grilled chicken and the cob salad came with the wrong greens and there was absolutely no bacon in it. I let the server know about the greens. She apologized. Didn’t even bother to tell her about the other two things it was busy and we didn’t wanna wait any longer for our food to be remade Very crowded and they obviously can’t handle a crowd.

    It was a very busy night but still-surprised at a burger restaurant would run out of ketchup even though we could see bottles at other tables. One of our shakes never arrived and when we finally flagged server to ask, he said they’d run out of ingredients for that one and he forgot to come back and tell us. Burger was good but I’ll probably wait quite a while before I return

    Service was not good. A bug dropped down on our table and the hostess offered to move our table and that took forever but they were not very gracious in Doing anything other than moving our table. Nothing was taken off the tab which is something I would have done for sure. Service was slow. Waiter never provided dishes for appetizers until I asked for them and when I asked for coffee I was told that it was old and no one offered to brew up a fresh pot for us. Very disappointing.

    We love coming here with a large group of adults and kids. The environment is fun and a little loud. The pretzel is AMAZing and the service is great.

    Wait staff was super efficient but none were very friendly. The host stand is a nightmare. Super long lines, super crowded, and then had to go back on the line when table was ready, seemed silly and unnecessary. They need a better system. Super disorganized, eveyone is confused and hungry. Food was ok and ok priced but would not recommend or be back anytime soon.

    The food was very good but the service was not so good. Sat with empty glasses, ordered from the bar and the sever forgot about it and brought it after the food came. She didn’t deliver the food and came when we were almost done to check on us. Sat for a a long time waiting for the bill. The food would bring us back but hopefully service would be better.
