   The hostess was gracious & friendly. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation & were seated quickly. Our server was very pleasant, engaging and very knowledgeable. Each course was spread out nicely making for an enjoyable meal. The restaurant has an excellent wine selection and varied food menu. The tuna tartare was bland. Our Caesar salads were fresh, with good flavor and dressed lightly with rye croutons & Parmesan crisps. The fresh hot baguette rolls were crusty, light & fluffy. My spouse’s NY strip steak was perfectly cooked, tender & flavorful. I had the surf & turf. The scallops were tender and flavorful; they could have been seared more to give the exterior texture a nice crust. The filet was requested medium-rare but came out very rare. When our server saw that it was undercooked she immediately offered to remedy it but it would have delayed our meal. The asparagus was overcooked/limp & the mashed potatoes were over blended making them thick & gluey not light & creamy. Will consider another visit.

   This is a great restaurant. The prime rib was fabulous. Excellent espresso martini. Great service. Great view of downtown Roanoke.

   Our server was the best. Very sweet and attentive. The meals were good with the exception of the lamb lollipops which were cool and too chewy.

   I booked this place for my mom’s birthday so that she and my dad could go on a nice date - they said it was fantastic! The food was delicious and they said the service was great. They even gave my mom a slice of cake for her birthday! Thank you Billy’s for making the night special.

   Our server was Steve. Very knowledgeable and was spot on with his service. Incredible experience from service to the most amazing food.

    Ribeye was chewy, potato’s were cold. Grouper was nice but underseasoned. Risotto tasty but not hot. Bright spot was our server! She was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu.
