Aimed at bringing street food to life, the Bird & The Bottle in Santa Rosa, CA is the end result of a pair of award-winning restaurateurs looking to blend a surprising array of flavors. Asian, American South, East Coast, Jewish and other cuisines have been combined to create an unforgettable menu. The menu at Bird & The Bottle features cocktails and an extensive wine list, and foods range from nibbles to larger plates. Everything has been chosen to pair well, and options include seafood favorites, poultry classics like matzo ball soup but also Korean BBQ chicken. There is a vegetarian menu with everything from fried cheese curds to smoked beets, but there are also pork and beef choices in abundance. A visit to Bird & The Bottle has to finish up with a dessert, and the "goo goo pie in another jar" is a must try.

We have eaten at this restaurant for over six years and the experience has been consistently great. Stark Reality Group always knocks it out of the park!

Had early Valentine's celebration dinner with my hubby and LOVED the food. Clearly there is someone creative and dedicated in the kitchen. The vibe of this place is great - we sat upstairs and it was quiet but if you want buzzier, you could sit downstairs near the bar. Great service. We had an excellent time and thought it was excellent value for the quality of the cooking. Oh, and cocktails are great too.

Once again... excellent. We brought a visitor from out of town who also loved it! I recommend getting a bunch of small plates to share... it was yummy!

Our server was really great, and the people that worked there were very attentive in making sure the table was cleared or filling up the water. The food was amazing as always. Two thumbs up for staff and food.

Our first time here and we kept thinking of all the different people we'd like to bring here! Food was delicious, intriguing yet not over the top. Service was outstanding!

Food is always AMAZING, from all the appetizers to our main dishes. Service by our waiter was a bit slow, but our busser was on point, which made up for our waiter. Our water was never empty. Empty dishes were removed promptly, and he even asked if we needed anything else.

Absolutely delicious from start to finish. Stopped here for lunch with a buddy, got a bunch of small plates and shared them. I can’t say we misfired on any of them, but I especially loved the chicken skin lettuce cups and the bone marrow. Nice homey ambience and good service. I would happily come back here again.

Service was kinda slow, but they were surprisingly busy for a Wednesday. It was recommended for a romantic date, but the noise and the open floor plan were NOT conducive to intimate conversation. It was also pretty expensive--$116 for 2 apps and 4 glasses of wine. More of a party atmosphere than a quiet romantic evening.

I made reservations for Bird & The Bottle for dinner just before the Dr. Jordan Peterson event . The food, the ambience the service was lovely. I wish there was something like this where I live. I would definitely go back.
