   Buddy our waiter was awesome. We drive here two hours every year for our anniversary. The food is always great. My complaint is the hostess, disingenuous and inattentive.I had requested table by window and she said ‘it wasn’t possible because of wait staff’. I don’t know what that means but there were several open tables by the window and it was 8:00. Just really disappointing for an anticipated romantic evening with my wife they would not accommodate.

   There were several tables by the window and we were there at 5:45. We were not offered any of these. By the time we left, there were still three empty tables at the window. Very disappointed we weren’t able to sit there. Also, when we arrived at the hostess stand, she was on the phone with a customer for over 10 minutes. Finally a second person came to assist us and then there was a confrontation between the two of them about why we weren’t assisted. Very distressing for this type of restaurant.

   Absolutely delicious, steak almost melts in your mouth. Crab is amazing.

   The crabcakes were the best that I’ve ever had. The Seabass as well as the bread was very good. We had a waitress and she was OK. We also saw Nick the waiter that was waiting on other tables and he came over to say hi to us. He remembered us from being there one time. It was so nice of him just to take a minute out and say hi. He has the best personality.

   Matt/ mark were great hosts at the bar..excellent service by both...meal was done great..sides,drinks were awesome. We will be back

   We hadn't been to Bistecca for quite a while as we're usually away on the weekends. Our dining experience was as fantastic as we'd remembered. All of our food was prepared to perfection, and the service was terrific as well. A friend from Gibsonia joined us for dinner and had never been to Bistecca. She said after the first bite of her dinner, "I will be returning here often." Congrats to Bistecca for maintaining a superior level dining experience.

   We had a wonderful evening celebrating an award that my husband won at work! Becky was our server and very helpful with suggesting dining options. Thanks for making our evening memorable!

   Food was great, service lacked. Our waiter was nice, but he never came back to check on us after our meals were served. I wanted another martini, more bread and dessert, but by the time he returned to our table, I was over it. We come to Bistecca often and this was not the usual good service we are used to. Wanted to avoid the Valentine weekend crowd, so we waited to come the week after, but the service was disappointing.

    Our waiter was exceptional. Ribeye was done perfectly. Sea bass special was very good
