   Came in at 7pm. Table is ready, Got our orders. Food is served right away. Service is quick and good. Happy customer here.

   I made reservations for lunch but didn’t need to. The restaurant was empty. Gorgeous place very modern and easy to get to. Lunch was delicious

   We were seated exactly where I specifically requested NOT to be seated. I didn’t get a steak knife to cut the prime rib, and by the time the server brought me a knife my food was cold. The meat was tough and chewy. I did not enjoy the meal at all, but ate it because I was hungry and didn’t eat dinner before arriving as I was counting on having dinner there. I will reconsider not eating dinner and maybe just get an appetizer. Tables next to us who arrived and ordered 20min after us were served first…unbelievable!

   Nice space to dance, Speakers too close. You may get temporary hearing loss if the singers are screaming as I have witnessed once! Get a flyer at the restaurant and google the band to be sure you can hear and see a few videos first. there are some really good dance bands here. There is ample food at this hotel with their own kitchen and the rates are good about $150 per night in case you over do the alcohol like some do who sit at the bar and try to sneak onto the dance floor and step inbetween your dance partner, with your date, more than once. Rude drunkenness is not appreciated. there is security on the dance floor which is a nice comfort who is dressed up to blend in. The bar and the dance floor is too close on the right side. The men at the bar who stand or reverse their chair who like to watch the girls dance are too close that they can reach out and touch someone who is dancing is a little distracting, and comfortable, especially when it is crowded people are dancing 8 feet off the dan e floor and onto the carpet. The bar is only 3 feet from the dance floor on the right side. I’m not comfortable when it’s crowded having to dance inches next to the bar patrons. The hotel should eliminate the bar next to the dance floor. It’s too tight. It’s too easy for any of us, or them, to take one step and enter the others space. This is asking for trouble frankly. Everyone is drinking. If one is sitting on this side of the bar, they can literally take two steps and be on the dance floor. Maybe the hotel tried to extend the dance floor later on the right side and not consider this?

   - Nice decor, ambience; def set the mood for a romantic / quiet setting dinner - Service was ok - The Cod w/ Zucchini noodles dishes was extremely sub par; the fish wasn't cooked (didn't realize we were going for sushi) - $30 for a Tequila shot? come on, it wasn't even DJ 1942 - If you're going to highlight that the Pappardelle pasta is finished with parmesan cheese, please have a parmesan cheese grater on hand, not bring packets of parmesan cheese, after having to ask for it......

   The new menu has improved the food choices, and the service was the best in years of going. Too bad the band, Cisum, was terrible.

   Marlene was our server and she was all over the place. They probably could have used one more server. We were part of a party of 10 with a reservation at 9pm to enjoy the live band and have drinks, but my husband and I arrived at 8pm to have dinner. They had a great Friday - Sunday deal for Caesar or house salad, prime rib, mashed potatoes, asparagus, cheesecake and a glass of wine for $32. It took a while for our order to be taken, and to get our salad and each course that we felt Marlene forgot about us, but again, we saw Marlene serving a lot of tables from one end of the restaurant to the other. When the rest of our party arrived at various times between 9:15pm - 10pm, they waited a little before heading to the bar to put in their drink orders since Marlene wasn’t around. Overall, we had an awesome time. RelativeKey played great music and the dance floor was always crowded. We’ve been to many buffets at The DoubleTree Hilton/Bistro 880. Sometimes the chef slices the prime rib too early and lets all the juices run out, thus the meat is dry. This time and yes, it came from the kitchen, the prime rib was moist and flavorful.
