Both were great!\n\nWe had the beet lyonnaise salad and it was fresh and delish!\n\nI had the duck; mostly very good but some of the fat wasn’t rendered. My partner had the halibut and loved it. The brussel sprouts were hard and not tender or roasted enough.\n\nFor dessert, our friend called and ordered us a dessert on him (unknown to us). So they brought us two desserts, saying one was on the house. So they bungled that.\n\nOverall, Idk if I’d go again; the food was good, but I’d sit downstairs which is more like a brasserie and actually has more charm and appeal. Bistro du Midi's cuisine features French Cuisine inspired by Coastal New England influences. Our wine list represents the true soul of a bistro wine list. In a classic French bistro, wine is very much a part of every meal. As such, we offer a variety of experiences and wines at a tremendous value in a range of prices. Our elegant yet relaxed environment overlooks Boston's beautiful Public Garden with a spectacular view. A street level Bistro features floor-to-ceiling windows, and in the spring and summer our patio provides some of the most optimal al fresco dining in the city.
We offer both private and semi-private dining for lunch, brunch and dinner. Our private Wine Room seats up to 30, and our semi-private Alcove seats 12. Three-course menu options, an extensive wine list and reception items are offered. Full restaurant and floor buyouts are welcomed.
Parking is available on the street or at the Motor Mart Garage after 5pm for dinner service at a special rate of $10 for up to three hours.

Happy Mother's Day! In celebration of Spring and Mother's Day, Bistro du Midi will be offering a three-course prix fixe brunch menu at $90 per person. Additional raw bar & beverage features will also be available. Reservations will be accommodated in both our downstairs Bistro and our upstairs main dining room. Our two bars will be available on a walk-in basis offering a special a la carte brunch menu. Please note that our regular brunch menu will not be available. Dinner service will remain our regular menu offerings. We look forward to celebrating with you!
