   Fabulous atmosphere, with an excellent team looking after you (Tash was awesome). Food was fabulous, the duck was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend to all, and a must when in Liverpool. Thanks again for a memorable evening .

   Eaten here in the past albeit a few years ago but wasn't disappointed with the quality of the food. Lovely atmosphere, could have spent all evening in there

   The young lady that served us was great, the food was ok, the place is a bit worn out, it didn’t start well when we were seated at a nice table downstairs and then moved upstairs, there was the top off a plastic dressing bottle in the salad which also wasn’t great, we were told the salad would be credited off the bill but it wasn’t, overall it wasn’t an entirely disastrous visit but we won’t be rushing back.

   Food was only like warm , but the staff were good and remedied the situation. Prices were a little high and they put a 10% service charge on the bill. They should advertise the fact that they do charge a service charge.

   Visiting Liverpool for a couple of days the restaurant was close to our hotel and had a few tables available on Friday evening. We were very glad we chose to eat there. Good food and atmosphere topped off by excellent service by Tash and her team which I can’t remember being bettered.

   What an incredible experience! The food was absolutely amazing and the service went beyond our expectations. I will be recommending Bistro Franc to everyone and can't wait to come back.

   I booked this for my husband and two of our friends and the service was impeccable and the food delicious. Would definately book again.

   The recent refurbishment has done its job superbly. The new decor creates a really cosy and welcoming space and the background music and elegant lighting create a lovely ambience. My wife and I dined early evening mid-week and had requested a cosy table for two, so we were delighted to be given one of the really comfortable window alcoves usually allocated for 4 diners. We chose two small plates each together with side dishes from the Prix Fixe menu and accompanied these with a bottle of house white wine. All absolutely delicious. We will definitely be making a return visit soon.

   We went for an anniversary meal and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The food was great value for money and really tasty. The staff and chefs clearly value what they do and put in the effort to make the restaurant so great.

    Have eaten here twice in the last few months and both times have been excellent. Recently went to the Ivy in Liverpool but think Bistro Franc beats it on all levels
