   We had a reservation for 6 pm. They told us the wait was going to be ab hour. We had 2 senior citizens with us 82 years old. They couldbt wait an hour because they were hungry. Im guessing you guys dont honor reservations. You guys get an F.

   1 hour and 25 min wait WITH the reservation. The restaurant was overbooked. Totally ridiculous!

   I believe this restaurant isn't sure how to set a limit on its reservations. Hoping they work this out soon.

   We have been coming to Thanksgiving dinner for years. This year we had to wait ONE HOUR to be seated even with reservations. Parking lot was FULL and I had to find street parking over a block away. What made it so miserable was that my mother was in a wheelchair and my dad, who has a bad back, had to stand the entire time. It absolutely felt like they overbooked their reservations and the customers had to suffer the inconvenience. The food was decent enough but not so good that all if this was worth it. I doubt we will be back next year.

   The restaurant was overbooked for Thanksgiving. With a reservation, it still took an hour. The waitress didn't bring any bread or offer a reason for no bread. She didn't write order down, so she mixed up a side dish for my brother. Food was good, but nothing special. The cranberry sauce was an afterthought, barely on the plate for everyone that ordered it.

   I booked a table on today Thanksgiving, I made reservations. I had to wait for almost an hour for a table. They were seating people without reservations before me even though I arrived on time. I feel this was very unfair! If I book a table at restaurant I expect to not have to wait for almost an hour to be seated. The ladies at the check in counter were very slow and unorganized. Not a good holiday experience. This place has always been great but not sure I will go back on a holiday. They just do not have the capabilities to do a good job for the crowed like there was today.

   The manager Eric was rude. After arriving 15 mins before my reservation and waiting on a line to check in I still had to wait an hour to be seated - way past my reservation time. When I re-entered the check in and stated that I had been waiting 50mins Eric rolled his eyes like I was being annoying. I had a reservation and got there early, why am I now annoying after waiting patiently for basically an hour? The restaurant is not managed well. Not enough people on staff and sooooooo many empty tables. You are waiting to be seated because only 25% of the restaurant is being occupied. Not sure if it’s lack of staff or what, either way again mismanaged. They also turned the phones off for more than 5 hours (some lady came in complaining she had been trying to call since they opened at 11am and she called while in the restaurant to confirm they had indeed turned the ringers off and sure enough no phones went off. Shady.

    We arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 reservation. There were 22 people waiting outside and more than that inside when we went to check-in. We were told there would be an additional hour to an hour and 15 minute wait, even though we had reservations. A couple outside the restaurant told us they had reservations at the same time as ours and they were told there was a 2 hour wait. We had a disabled person with with us and could not stand outside or sit in the car for that length of time. You ruined our thanksgiving and no one cared. Horrible, horrible customer service.
