    My birthday dinner was outstanding! The prime rib was tender and cooked to perfection. Sam, my server, was attentive and surprised me with a birthday cookie! I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Black Angus is one of my favorite places for a great steak (better than Outback, IMO)!! Well done guys!!

    This Black Angus should have been remodeled 10yrs ago as you are greeted by bench seating thats was torn in more then a few area, a greeter that had no clue where to seat someone with a mobility device (power scooter). Our server was very nice but didn't ask if we were celebrating anything, Menu's saw better days, We placed our order for 2 bar drinks and an ice tea & upgraded the appetizer to a wagon wheel that should have been call a wheel of grease or guess what part was frozen, It was horrible, The zucchini had chunks of breading and layers of grease, the shrimp cocktail was fishy tasting, the chicken was greasy and the potato skins where thin but was the only good part of the wagon wheel. Then our server came back and I gave her our feedback, she apologized. During the time after they sat us, they sat people at the tables around us and the two women they sat next to us was so close it felt like the one lady was talking a foot from my ear. Then our meal came and we both had mashed potatoes that had a shine to them, after tasting I realized it was the salt they added an abundance of, I should have ordered Mashed Potatoes with No Salt because the chef must have forgotten what seasoning something means (Salt AND Pepper Maybe). We got cheesecake for desert because it came with our meal and it was average. The manager never stopped by our table but walked by a few time. But the time we were leaving this restaurant had a 20 min wait. Sad I wasn't able to let them know what they would be in for. Take away from this after Valentines Day Dinner is the Black Angus will be close behind the other Big Chain Restaurants like Elephant Bar, Red Lobster and others with closures Or that Should CLOSE! What a waste of over $100. Thanks for nothing!

    Valentine day is always busy but even with a reservation we had a half hour wait. No seating in lobby. Veggies were cold and meat fatty. Service was okay but because they were busy infrequent.

    Part of my reservation was the Celebration pakage for additional $10. Balloons card and dessert. Well I didn’t get the card and when I asked for it the waitress said she will just not charge me for the package and never looked into the card. I don’t care about the cost I wanted the card! , she just seemed overwhelmed and checked on us very minimal. Other than that my wife and I like the restaurant we are long time customers

    Great value for a three course meal for 2 people. With drinks and a generous tip less than 150. Food was good -steak a generous portion and cooked to our satisfaction. The only blemish for me was the cocktail -Manhattan was too watery and too much vermouth.

    The food was outstanding, as always, the service was second to none and we had a great time there for our special occasion! It is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at and we will definitely be back!

    Steak aged 21days is so tasty, moist and tender. Arguably the best fillet mignon I’ve ever had! A 4 course meal worth every wait and penny. Will definitely come back!

    It was packed because it was Valentines Day. Service I thought was alive and my steak was warm but not hot and a bit dry. I’d probably come back when there isn’t a holiday to see if it’s better.

    We went for our anniversary The waiter spent a lot of attention on us. The food was delicious. I recommend it to  Black Angus to everyone
