    I have always enjoyed going to Black Angus for the past couple decades. I understand that they had some financial troubles during the pandemic and had to make some changes in order to avoid going into chapter 11. However, the changes they have made (especially to the prices) have, unfortunately, driven me to look for more affordable dining options. Even with their rewards program, it is still too expensive. I feel like they are trying to be a fine dining restaurant while providing the same quality of food and service they have always had. I do not feel like it's really working. I took my family of four there last which cost $190 (with 18% tip) and after taking off $20 for rewards. We ordered 2 campfire feasts which gives you 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts. Add on top of that all you can eat bread. Now I do agree that it is a lot of food but, My ribeye steak was thin cut and not very tender. I do not feel like the dinner was worth $47.50 per person. Not to mention we had to ask our server for silverware and then plates for our appetizers. I would expect a restaurant to charge their prices to just have better quality of everything.

    Had a 7:45 reservation, and the only reason I did not give them 5 starts was there was a wait, and hostess said she had three groups ahead of us. I asked them do I need to make my reservation for 15 earlier next time so we can be seated at 7:45? She had no answer.

    Our food order was delivered in a timely manner and correctly. Our server was knowledgeable and very kind. Our food was cooked just the way we ordered it and was very good. We’ll be back very soon!

    everything was fine except the wait we had reservations for 715 and didn’t get seated till 745. We didn’t get finished eating until 930. I thought took a long time. I know they were busy and it was a busy time but that’s my take on our visit.

    I had a reservation for 6:30… I didn’t get seated until 7:20. We ordered and didn’t get our food until 8:15. What was the point of having a reservation if tables weren’t available at that time

    We had 6pm reservation and were seated at 6:55, the staff let us i ow they overbooked. It’s very tough to just sit an hour when you have young kids

    Great server and very good food. Had to wait 51 minutes after our reservation time to be seated.

    Our waitress, Jackie, was outstanding. Friendly, polite and very attentive. Food was excellent .

    For Valentine’s Day they took too many reservations. Our 5:30 became 6:10.. and waiting area was too crowded
