   So disappointed and I never received an apology! I requested the Birthday package for an extra $10 when I made the reservation. I called the day before to confirm the package was noted and asked them to make sure a special message was written on the birthday card offered. They confirmed it will have the message and there will be balloons and a cookie. I show up for our reservation, give them the name and I knew something was wrong as soon as both hostesses started whispering about something and giggling. I was waiting for them to apologize and tell me they forgot to set up the table with the birthday surprise but nothing was mentioned. The hostess grabs the menus and starts walking to the table but says nothing so I ask the other hostess if I should follow her and said “oh yes”. Strange but ok, we walked to the table where there were no balloons or a card. I was so upset! I asked about the package and the hostess had no clue what I was talking about. I told her don’t worry about it now the surprise is ruined and to make sure I don’t get charged for the package. She gave me a disgusting look and stormed away without saying one word. It took a while for the server to come around to get our drinks which is fine because it was busy. She asked whose birthday it was and did mention he would get a free cookie and he did. Again, that’s great and all but the surprise was ruined and no one mentioned or apologized for the fact the package was forgotten.

   We had their shrimp, lobster and steak special and it was a great value for the money. We truly enjoyed it!

   Per usual, we had an enjoyable time. Good food, well prepared and presented. And our server was excellent. We’re looking forward to next time

   Horrible Thanksgiving dinner - kept waiting an hour past our reservation time, overcharged at the bar and our steak came out so over cooked when ordered medium rare. The saving grace was our amazing waitress that was working all day through the night. We tipped her 25% bit will also NEVER return.

    We made reservations a month in advance, but did not get seated for 45 minutes later! Our seats were at the front door, and not the greatest. The food and drinks were good, but the the service was very good. It was very noisy. I'm not thinking we will do Thanksgiving there next year...
