    Had a 7:45 reservation, and the only reason I did not give them 5 starts was there was a wait, and hostess said she had three groups ahead of us. I asked them do I need to make my reservation for 15 earlier next time so we can be seated at 7:45? She had no answer.

    Our food order was delivered in a timely manner and correctly. Our server was knowledgeable and very kind. Our food was cooked just the way we ordered it and was very good. We’ll be back very soon!

    everything was fine except the wait we had reservations for 715 and didn’t get seated till 745. We didn’t get finished eating until 930. I thought took a long time. I know they were busy and it was a busy time but that’s my take on our visit.

    I had a reservation for 6:30… I didn’t get seated until 7:20. We ordered and didn’t get our food until 8:15. What was the point of having a reservation if tables weren’t available at that time

    We had 6pm reservation and were seated at 6:55, the staff let us i ow they overbooked. It’s very tough to just sit an hour when you have young kids

    Great server and very good food. Had to wait 51 minutes after our reservation time to be seated.

    Our waitress, Jackie, was outstanding. Friendly, polite and very attentive. Food was excellent .

    For Valentine’s Day they took too many reservations. Our 5:30 became 6:10.. and waiting area was too crowded

    The restaurant was overbooked, and even with a reservation, the wait was over an hour. We left once we found out the company cares more about double booking than the clients dining experience. We will never go back. Black Angus sucks!!

    Reservation at 1630, was not seated until 1745, the lobby was packed and staff did not do anything to clear the lobby of all who were waiting for their table. This made the experience rather strenuous.
