   Our server was very slow. The quantity of the food was not that good. I like the one in Temecula a lot better. They had lots of big parties that were ending and they were singing happy birthday to them. There was at least five different parties when they came to our table. She just brought us the cookie with a candle and didn’t sing a little disappointing on that.

   When I scheduled my reservation I included it was my husband’s birthday and ordered the balloons offered through Open Table. Nothing was done at all, no birthday song, no candles, no balloons & no cookie!! I am very disappointed with this outcome. Additionally we had very bad service. It almost felt like the server was put out anytime he had to get something for us. He was giving the bare minimum of service.

   Excellent cooked meal. Order was correct. A bit loud as sitting next to a party of 30, but could still talk to our guests. Waitress polite & accommodating.

   Since I walked in, I was impressed. We got there earlier than our reservation time. They sat us right away. Our server was great. But our food was the best. It came out quick and did not disappoint. I will definitely go there again.

   My original Rib Eye steak came out way over-cooked. I mean well done. I asked for medium originally. Upon returning the steak I asked for them to make it slightly pink. It came back extremely rare and difficult to cut. I didn’t want to be that guy but I asked if they could put it back on the grill for another 90 sec per side and it should be ok. 5 minutes later the steak was return and tasted horrible. Never have I had such issues but at this location only. Stay away from the San Bernardino location. Our server was great but cooks should find new line of work.

   It was busy on Thanksgiving, there was a little bit of a wait, they cooked my boyfriend’s steak wrong and had to wait 15 for a new one. The food was very good,our server busted her behind to take are of us. It was a lovely dinner.

   We had thanksgiving dinner for 7 people. The service was fast and friendly. The food that we had was the thanksgiving day meal plus one prime rib and one child’s chicken fingers. There was beer and wine and soda and lemonade for the non alcoholic drinks. Everyone was fully satisfied with the quality of food, the amount of food and the taster. The turkey was super moist , with plenty of mashed potatoes, broccoli and sweet potatoes. Stuffing is always a bit skimpy. The gravy was very good but we had to ask a couple times for extra gravy. That was our only complaint. This is the 3rd time going to The Black Angus for thanksgiving dinner.
