   The food was undercooked and we were overcharged on our credit card when paying they fixed it but it’s still pending on my bank acct. seems shady

   Service was a bit slow and a bit scrambled since we got our meal before some of our appetizers. It was a bit busy due to Valentine's and the 3 or 4 day President's weekend. We did the dinner for 2 meal ($69) which was a good way to try and share some food. Black Angus has gone downhill in terms of food quality, service and ambiance.

   We always enjoy Black Angus. Our server Kim was terrific. We were disappointed, after the manager said they were still providing the Valentine's Day steak and lobster special for $20, that the server then said was not available. There was an error on one of our orders, but the server made it right. We will return again... and again... and again.

   Extremely busy and crowded tonight. Service slower than usual. My $48 bone in ribeye was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Waitress was attentive as possible considering how crowded the restuarant was. My reservation was for 5:45. I was seated at 6:20. I've had a more pleasant experience here on non holiday times.

   Overall it was good. I hadn’t been to any Black Angus in years and the meat and potatoes I ordered were actually good. The only thing to mention was the bread from a sandwich was a bit burned. But again, good food.

   Poor service however the food was ok. I did request the special occasion package and didn’t get my card set up and my waiter took over an half an hr to bring us Silverware.

    I love Black Angus and the location! The servers were so kind even though it was a packed night, they took their time and still delivered our food and drinks in a timely manner! Accommodated us with our needs and just overall wonderful
