    Waitress was very nice, very busy. The shrimp were very good our steaks were not great, for a rib eye not that tender. The billy miner desert was fantastic. Will go back.

    We reserved our table about 1 hour ahead of time. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy and had a wait line for seating. We checked in a few minutes ahead of our reservation time and waited maybe 5 minutes before being to called to our table. Server was very attentive despite being busy and the food was excellent.

    The place was packed. Employees seemed overwhelmed negatively by volume of patrons. That being said, the experience was still very good. Service wasn't stellar, but quality of food was very good and medals for valor should be awarded to all who put forth a heroic effort. We will be back!

    I really enjoyed the fact that we could have a conversation without yelling at each other, we usually go to TX roadhouse, this was our first time here we will be back. Great food and service.

    Eat at this location occasionally for special occasions. Food has always been good but the service / server (Ashley) was memorable. Generally we find that service and servers don’t provide the same experience we remember from years ago. Ashley though was great! And made our evening even more special. Now we are in our late 70’s and don’t eat out so much anymore, but we would go to Stewart Andersons more often just to interact with Ashley Johnnie

    Black Angus does not disappoint! An oldie but goodie, for sure! Manager, team and food are like no other!

    Poor service, poor quality....a night to forget. Our 7:00PM reservation meant nothing as we were told they have too many reservations as the on line system and the phone in's overbook. Wait was over 30 minutes. Bad start. So, we reluctantly took seats at bar. Bartender was badly overworked and service was slow. Here is what went wrong with dinner: Calamari over cooked.....too hard, mostly breading, didn't finish it. Wife's order of ribs... after 7 minutes, "sorry we are out", so she ordered something else. That pushed both dinners back, and I could tell, mine waited under a heat lamp. My salad never arrived until after the entre when I asked the server to check. Way too late. My mac and cheese, at best slightly warm...again I suspect it sat and waited for my wife's dinner to be ready. Rib eye....for a steak house, poor quality. Type of steak you cut into small pieces because it's too tough for normal size. Bartender badly overworked serving the entire restaurant alone. I suspect kitchen understaffed as well. She was pleasant but totally uninvolved in our dinner. Let's summarize: would you go back if, 1, bad reservation system, 2, ran out of basic item and took 7-8 minutes to discover, 3, never got salad before entre; 4, luke warm mac and cheese, mediocre steak at a steak house. Yeah, I think we'll look for a different steak house in the future as well.
