    Haven’t been to Black Angus in many years. Service was excellent as was the food. Will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

    Our dining experience was almost perfect. I had made reservations for 6 people. Three of us arrived 5 minutes early. We were asked to wait to be seated until the rest of our party arrived. It seems to me, that if you have reservations, you should be seated when you arrive. After all, that’s a perfect time to sell drinks and appetizers. Our waiter, Nick, was excellent. We felt like we were important to him. He took our drink orders and brought water right away, and kept an eye on us while we waited for our last person, who came from work. He was friendly and remembered all our wants. I will definitely be dining at Black Angus again soon. I hope we get Nick for a waiter.

    We are truly disappointed that what used to be a pleasurable dining experience has now deteriorated.. The restaurant quality has not held up well. The consensus of our party is that the food was only mediocre at best, hot was not hot, and the dishes were not presented appealingly. Worse, the service was WAY TO LOUD as questions were barked at us from unskilled servers. Service should never be rushed and just slopping down a plate reveals how the food is regarded by the restaurant. There are many, many restaurants with similar steak themes that afford a better experience and value such that we never need to visit Black Angus again.

    Brock was our server and did an awesome job. Dinner was great. I only wished we would of gotten a smaller booth. It was huge for the two of us.. I’ll be sure and request one next time.
