Beware that they will try to impose a 3.5 credit card surcharge on your bill automatically. They brought the bill with a QR code and there was no way to avoid it. I had to get the manager to take my debit card to the back and pay it. The charge itself is obnoxious but making it automatic is borderline fraud.

Our server, Tina, was phenomenal. She was very attentive and had wonderful recommendations for our meal. We enjoyed everything that we ate especially the signature cocktails and entrees.

Great time for our after engagement brunch. Live music great food! The offers bubbly could be better and a “congrats” desert would have been lovely but 10/10 experience over all.

I lobe the ambience of the restaurant. I've been here several times ans today was the first time the food did not meet my expectations. My husband and I introduced to our friends and it was not what the usual standard was. The breakfast potatoes were cold and the fried chicken warm. I asked for a waffle that clearly had been sitting and was lukewarm as well. Also these days more people frequent turkey bacon or chicken sausage which is not offered for those who don't eat pork. A little disappointed this visit.

Every time I visit Blackwall Hitch - Alexandria I’m always amazed how well the people and the service I receive. The ambiance and the selection of food is always so great. From the Manager to every staff member I’m always happy to come to this particular location. I’ll definitely recommend to my family and friends to come and dine with this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed at all. I come to this location several times a year. I love it and will be visiting again soon. Keep up the great job and continue to make the customers proud of what you have to offer us with excellence and the professionalism you show each day.

Proficient service....extensive menu available for likely to appeal to almost any diner.... Order prep was professional and delivered promptly. Quality of the product....outstanding... Will return soon..... Good views of the river and plenty of comfortable seating.

Food was great as always, READ YOUR CHECKS! They are grifting an extra 3% they do not advertise if you do not pay in cash. Beware their billing.

Titan Hospitality has made a conscious decision to be as transparent and honest with our consumers as possible-while all restaurants have adjusted pricing to off-set this cost, most decided to increase their menu prices across the board by at least 5%. We felt that this was unethical to those patrons that chose to pay in cash; we appreciate your business, and we hope you will understand our need for implementing this policy; we hope you will consider visiting us again soon.
