   Hostess was nice and service was good. I just realized that the gratuity was added and we also gave the hostess gratuity without realizing it was added to the bill and it was only 3 people. That is not right. Very upset that your establishment would add gratuity when it was only three people. I will not be visiting any time soon.

We do include a service charge for smaller parties, typically when the group size is under a certain number, to ensure our staff is compensated fairly for their hard work. We try to make this clear, but it seems we may not have done so as effectively as we should have, and I apologize for any frustration this caused.    The food was cold. This is the second time I go and again the food comes out cold. The origin is a bit high for the quality of the food. Drinks were good. But the food was not high in standards

   When I arrived they acted as if my reservation was a surprise. Then they tried to seat us directly in front the door. Once they seen my discomfort they squeezed us in between other couple in the middle of the floor. The drinks were okay they weren’t too bad. The food I had to send back because it was done correctly, my partner was very unsatisfied with the Pre-Fixed menu entrees because they only had steak or chicken or pork no real authentic Latin American food per say. The blend near Steinway is way better.

   Very good food very good service it’s just a little small but that’s the only complaint

   Pretty good for a Valentine’s Day pre fix menu. Food was good. It was busy but the food came very fast. Would definitely go back

   Great food and service. The veggie bowl and Paiailla were delicious. Guac and chips homemade and super fresh.

    I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful dinner experience. Our server was knowledgeable, and I was able to redeem my $50 reward, making the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend others to join the loyalty program! especially if you go to blend, dive bar, slice, etc.
