Announcing Air Canada’s best new restaurants awards for 2023

From fine dining establishments to trailblazers setting the tempo, Air Canada has named the best new restaurants in Canada. A “trusted network of food experts” have been up and down the country, sampling everything from the ingredients that make the meal to the team spirit fostered at every restaurant. 

In Vancouver, a fine dining establishment focuses on locally sourced sustainable seafood, while Toronto is home to a vibrant family-run Italian restaurant bringing top-notch parms to Crystal Beach. In Montreal, a Parisian-inspired lively brasserie serves elegant French classics in the heart of the Quartier Latin.

The 30 shortlisted restaurants representing Canada’s finest new spots at the forefront of culinary innovation have now become 10 after Air Canada named the winners on November 1st, 2023.
