Air Canada’s annual list of Canada’s Best New Restaurants is back after a year-long hiatus. Fifteen restaurants have been chosen across categories such as best fine dining, best trailblazer, best farm-to-table, and best takeout, with Air Canada’s “trusted network of food experts” deployed to identify “restaurants that push the boundaries of taste and inform us through the art of what they put on our plate.”
From a Black-owned Caribbean hotspot and a Turkish restaurant growing its own ingredients to a Chinese takeout serving up weekly changing menus and tapas served in a log cabin 300 kilometers from the Arctic Circle, these are Canada’s Best New Restaurants of 2021.
