Times have really changed (for the better!). I visited B&S several years ago (2020’ish - COVID era) and was not impressed back then. The Chefs tasting menu and wine pairing was more miss than hit. For the price, just 1 miss (poor pairing) is a let down. To have it repeated was a downright disappointment. We haven’t been back since because we were so disappointed with the experience and price. We (reluctantly) came back, under insistence of my sister-in-law… and we were pleasantly surprised. The tasting menu had changed and the wine pairing had GREATLY improved… because there were 3 of us, we were able to try all of the menu choices and all of us were amazed with the quality of the pairing. The food tasted so good… it was off the charts! We will be back and this time it won’t be 5+ years between visits.

5 course meal for 6. The food was underwhelming and overall was not flavorful. I found myself wanting more herbs, sauces or even salt to add to some taste to the bland dishes. The courses were not explained by our server nor did she present them in a suitable manner or describe the wine pairing’s. After spending $1200 on dinner I wish we would have gone somewhere else. We have had much better tasting menus for about half of the cost. Overall a let down. We won’t be going back for a bland overpriced meal.

We had a lovely dinner at Blood and sand We noticed the hustle and attentiveness of the staff and quickly realized they may have been short staffed, they did a great job taking care of us and Page was outstanding. The drinks were delicious and the food was amazing. Will definitely will be back.

We had a reservation for 2, but 2 friends surprised us by showing up, and Nicole graciously accommodated them. Great and attentive service (Nicole), creative cocktails (Colton and Sydney), and delicious food, all in a very welcoming atmosphere.

The food was really good. The service was polite and friendly. She seemed to know the food. They really didn't know how to deliver the settings amd presentations between courses Silverware was placed incorrectly.

Paige was a great waitress, food was amazing. Recommend the tator totts and tagliatelle.

The food was very good! The selections from the set menu were all varied and delicious. My wife and I shared our plates to get a broader sense of the menu. As far as the service, we were there over this Valentines weekends( Sat.) and understand there are always challenges during this time. It some time to take our initial order ( almost 30min.) and we were very hungry. The staff on 2 separate occasions brought the same course twice. ( i.e. after we finished the 2nd course another server brought us a second course-not knowing we had just completed that course). The entire experience was almost 3 hours. I realize that restaurants contend with parties that show up early and therefore this can cause an issue with seatings and timing. Like I mentioned, Valentines dinner can be its own challenge for restaurants and they generally are doing more with less. Having said, I will certainly be back and the food was excellent, I would just share that the length of time could've been improved.

I would highly recommend Blood and Sand! Ambiance was nice, cocktails were delicious, and food was outstanding. Our server was attentive and extremely helpful. Will definitely go back!

I think our servers name was Lee. He was so kind and attentive. We never felt rushed. The atmosphere was perfect. We wanted to go out but be somewhere not too loud and this was PERFECT! Every thing we has was so delicious but that RED VELVET BREAD PUDDING!! I hope that is on the menu more than just for Valentine’s Day! We will be back sooner than later!
