Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

What a great experience last night! From the hostess, to our wait staff were terrific! Sabrina our head-waiter was super attentive at all times even though she had multiple tables to manage. Thank you BLT Steakhouse Aruba and Sabrina for making our dinner experience 5 Star!

We had 3 servers, staff was top notch, beautiful space, meat was amazing! Had filet and best short ribs of my life! Brussels for side was small and didn’t care for. Everything else was amazing!

What struck me most about dining at the Ritz Carlton in Aruba was the quality of the.food - meat, fish, shellfish. I had oysters for an appetizer. I was told they are imported from Canada. They were so good. I also ate lamb chops that were excellent. My husband had a fish and shrimp dish that were very good. Our service was excellent and the restaurant was well staffed. Thank you Ritz Carlton for a memorable meal.

Excellent service , food , ambience !! The staff was so professional & attentive . Food was perfection , view was great !! Best meal yet on vacation overall . Do not hesitate if u r looking for a steakhouse with excellence.
