Blu Kouzina is bringing its signature, wholesome Greek cooking to the Sunshine State after gracing for the past five years Singapore’s culinary scene. The acclaimed restaurant, born out of the founders’ passion for the food of their native Greece and their love of sharing a hearty, family meal with friends, has set up a second home in Sarasota.

Fresh and quality ingredients, mostly grown organically, and sourced from well established, local producers are used in dishes that are both traditional and creatively contemporary. What remains uniquely Greek and genuine are the flavors and the scents of extra virgin olive oil, fresh fish or succulent lamb that will take you on a journey from a beach-side taverna to a rural mezze shop.

We love this restaurant. The service is exceptional. The greek salad is delicious. Our go-to entree is the lamb chops. They’re incredible. Can’t go wrong here.

Amazing Greek meal! The Athena special was delightful. And the salads and the spanakopita were delish. Making another res soon! Excellent staff too!

Best Restaurant in the SRQ area! Everyone is fabulous who works there, and the food is amazing. We love the grilled Calamari, the Iman Eggplant, Lamb, Bronzino, Scallops- you cant go wrong! We come every single time we are in town. So glad they are back open! Go support them!

Once again, we had one of the best meals in Sarasota. The service and food quality is always consistent. We’ve been going for years and there’s never been an “off” meal. We ordered the chicken skewer and pork chop (moist of course). We were still talking about it when we got up this morning. If you’re in the Sarasota area, don’t miss this one!!

This is my go to place for great Greek food, but tonight was very disappointing. My saganaki came out barely cooked, and the chicken was raw on the inside. I sent it back and for meatballs that were overcooked. On a good note, the service was excellent. Maybe the regular cook was on vacation.

Food consistently good and service friendly & professional. However, way expensive and the wine list is way overpriced. This is not NYC or Miami. $200+ for 2, shared app, entree & wine.
