Blu Kouzina is bringing its signature, wholesome Greek cooking to the Sunshine State after gracing for the past five years Singapore’s culinary scene. The acclaimed restaurant, born out of the founders’ passion for the food of their native Greece and their love of sharing a hearty, family meal with friends, has set up a second home in Sarasota.

Fresh and quality ingredients, mostly grown organically, and sourced from well established, local producers are used in dishes that are both traditional and creatively contemporary. What remains uniquely Greek and genuine are the flavors and the scents of extra virgin olive oil, fresh fish or succulent lamb that will take you on a journey from a beach-side taverna to a rural mezze shop.

We all had the chicken skewer so not much to review. It was tasty and well seasoned. I saw a Greek Salad with Feta on it. It had a big slab of Feta on top, it was not cut up.

Really love this little place, the food was fresh unique, and the food tasted great. My only regret was that I didn’t study the menu and the pictures on yelp enough. Now I have to go back and try a couple other dishes just to be sure I really know this place ha ha ha. I really wanna try the Greek salad, sardines, and meat on skewers. We had the fried cheese, spinach, pastry, and pita wraps, and they were all good

Food is really excellent. The authentic dishes are authentic with great flavor and I had the whole grilled fish which was fresh and perfectly cooked. The wine list has wonderful variety excellent quality and the prices are bit high but consistent with the restaurants on St Armand’s Circle One of our favorite restaurants in the area

Entrees were a bit expensive for the food delivered. Porch area was very noisy, many folks squeezed in small area. Still water for $10 hard to justify. Lamb was okay, fish not well seasoned.

The food, the service, and the consistency keep my wife and I returning. Daniella makes us feel seen and welcome every time and is the epitome of hospitality. The lamb is a memorable favourite, as is the best apple salad. The gluten-free pitta bread is incredible with any of the dips, and we love the hummus or the Tzatziki. Literally the best vegetables on St Armands and such wonderful food. I can recommend Blu Kouzina highly enough. Rob & Jane

The Mediterranean cuisine is very authentic, and delicious. The severs are exceptional. The food quality is the best we have had in the Sarasota area. In fact, maybe the most authentic in all of America in the Mediterranean genre. We highly recommend this restaurant and strongly advise reservations. An absolute must in the Sarasota area. We shared the lightly fried artichoke hearts, Greek Salad, and whole Dover Sole. Insane delicious
