Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

    Overall it had been better in our last visits; however, the Wedge Salad was very good. They’d run out of hamburger so opted for the brisket and latke main course. The brisket was just okay, not very lean so I had to pick out the fatty pieces before I could assemble to muffins to eat it. The latkes which have always been a must-have were very salty and cold. Sunday isn’t the best night out for dinner anywhere, so so-so on our last visit. Service was detached, disappearing acts intermittently where nobody was around. When staff was around they performed adequately.

    Nice outdoor seating. Great menu will go back. Too many things to choose from. Great waiter very accommodating. Food took a while to come out and never got extra plate we requested Shared the big breakfast platter. Great key lime pie

    Still one of miamis best restaurants and one of miamis best chefs. The food never disappoints.

    I had the braised pork chop and it was incredible. One of the most enjoyable food experiences I have had in the last 12 months. Bursting with flavor and super tasty, especially close to the bone. And the sides were excellent too- the green Bok choy and orange sweet potato were both delicious and colorful on the plate.

    The change of location has made Blue Collar far more enjoyable. More space to spread out in the restaurant and much easier parking. Service staff were very friendly and competent, if a bit slow. Food is always a very solid bet.

    Great food! Great service. We have eaten here many times, bringing new friends each time & they return bringing other friends. Put this place on your to go to list!

    Amazing daily specials and delicious sides and appetizers! Full bar! New location is beautiful inside and outside! We received great, friendly service from Elvia and her colleagues! Spectacular!

    This was my first time at Blue Collar, but I love Mignonette and wanted to try the group’s other restaurant. It was hard choosing what to order because so many items on the menu sound delicious. Jalapeño cornbread with jelly was very tasty and was a nice size order. The Jambalaya was also filled with flavor. Service was excellent. I will definitely come back to work my way through the menu
