Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

    What another amazing dinner. This was my 4th meal at Blue Collar and it was as great as the other three. I love this restaurant. The staff is as wonderful as the menu. There is nothing you don't want to eat. I love it for friends and family, but it works for date night as well. The menu nor the atmosphere is pretentious, and it's just a feel-good place. Go soon and go often.

    Great service experience from Emma and Adam. Superb food from Chef Serfer. Fun time, enjoyed every moment. Delicious jambalaya, fried gouda, latkes, key lime pie. So good!

    We hadn’t been to Blue Collar since they moved across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that the experience was enhanced by the new location. The food was delicious and the service was good as well. We will go back!

    Blue Collar is my GO TO restaurant for good food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I just wish it were closer to Coconut Grove.

    My hubby and I order mussels every restaurant we go to from Europe to the US and BC's mussels have been the best we have ever had. For our entrees, I had the fish and brussels sprouts which was yummy and my hubby had the cheeseburger. He labeled this burger in his top two of the best he's every had. We had the a key lime pie which was delicious as everything else we ate. The service was fantastic, which solidified our return.
