Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

    We went because of a good chicken parm recommendation thinking the place was going to be a joke in the wall but they moved across the street to a new great location. Their menu was surprisingly rich so much that out of 5 of us that went specifically for the chicken parm only 2 of us ordered it. Everything was delicious. Tons of flavor and originality in the dishes. Even dessert was great and I don’t have a sweet tooth. The ambience was a little quiet because it was prob at 60% occupancy but other than that it was a total score going there. And the chicken parm was on point which we are very strict on scoring them. My friends and I are chicken parm aficionados. Def going back.

    It was our first time to blue plate, we found it to be a great value and will return to explore more of the menu options.

    **Restaurant Review: Blue Collar** Last night, my partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Blue Collar, and I can confidently say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. To kick things off, we ordered the delicious jalapeño cornbread appetizer setting the perfect tone for the meal. For our salads, we both opted for the wedge salad, and it did not disappoint—crisp, fresh, and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I chose the Farro Island salmon with cheese grits and bok choy which was perfectly cooked and seasoned, making each bite a delight. My partner indulged in the special of the night, do you remember what your restaurant was your meal called pork Cito pork Secreto steak with with what you had Mashed potatoes and white beans. He couldn't stop raving about its tenderness and rich flavor, paired beautifully with his margarita. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly, adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. We left feeling satisfied and eager to return. Overall, Blue Collar exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend!

    Meh- used to be great - now it’s a bit overpriced and has lost some of its appeal. The mgr is a mope- Not very nice to ignore ppl when they’re coming and going

    Surprising change in dinner portion size and quality considering their past wonderful reputation and personal experience. Manager insufficiently addressed my concerns about our dining opinion. As a previous restaurant owner, I assumed their would be a sufficient remedy as a customer but there was not.

    Great night at Blue Collar. The staff was fabulous, from host to server to Chef! Chef Serfer was there and so sweet and kind! Our food was absolutely fantastic - loved everything brought to the table - thank you!!!!! Can't wait to go back again.
