    Had a delicious dinner with my fiancée. It was our anniversary couldn’t have celebrated anything better than Blue. Always the best steakhouse in the Bethlehem area.

    The ambience was outstanding; the restaurant is gorgeous from the gas lamps inward. Our server was attentive, pleasant and unobtrusive. Very efficient. The food was just OK. My entire party of four found the meat to be over seasoned. My ribeye was thin and overcooked. For the price I expected more. I couldn’t tell if the steak was flavorful because of the seasoning. The meal was, in a word, disappointing.
